Access to basic gym equipment is a nice-to-have but it's not needed. A GPS watch helps but isn't mandatory.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, I'm a certified physiotherapist, and I've spent a decade competing as a professional triathlete before turning my focus entirely to coaching.
